TRAINING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

  • Students have to undergo six month industrial exposure training in hotels during their second year as a part of curriculum.
  • Institute will ensure training placements for all students.
  • Institute will also facilitate weekend & part time training in and around puducherry for desiring students.
  • Updated with latest trends, changes and happenings in the industry.
  • Educational trips to various destinations are organized every year.

ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS IN THE COLLEGE

  • Every year our students conduct food festivals both regional, national and international cuisines, which helps them, augment their planning and execution skills. Also they organize them lunches based on festivals & National events.
  • Inter & Intra collage chef competitions are conducted to identify and encourage budding future chefs.
  • Students are encouraged to take part in various catering related competitions conducted all over india.

EXAMINATION

  • Monthly test will be conducted & results will be informed to parents to monitor the academic performance of the students.
  • Two terminal practical & theory exams will be conducted before the model exam.
  • Model exam will be conducted before the final University
