RAAK IHMCT is a Co-Education College, Collabrative programme with Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Govt. of TN launched in the year 2007. Our chairman’s vision is to uplift the downtrodden rural younger generation to a prosperous future by offering high standard of education in various fields. We strive to produce graduates in different streams building strong moral values, well disciplined with quality education to make them a complete human to face the challenges of the world.

B.Sc. Degree (Hotel & Catering Technology)

  • Duration: 3 Years  Semester – Full – Time Course
  • Qualification: A pass in higher secondary or equivalent from any group.

Diploma in Hotel & Catering Technology

  • Duration: 3 Years Semester – Full – Time Course.
  • Qualification: A pass in secondary or equivalent.

MBA in Hotel Management & Catering Technology

  • Duration: 2 Years Semester – Full – Time Course.
  • Qualification: Any degree

Food Production Lab

Food Production Lab is designed to produce professionals who shall eventually take on specialized food and beverage roles.
